Ingrédients

125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
60 ml (1/4 cup) Toundra Nordic relish
60 ml (1/4 cup) red onion, finely chopped
7 .5 ml (1/2 tbsp) salted herbs
To taste, freshly ground pepper
1 lb (454 g) fresh Nordic shrimp, well patted dry
1/2 Nordic Toundra cucumber , julienned
8 brioche hot dog buns, buttered and toasted

Préparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the breads.
Stuff the buns and serve!
