Pasta salad with tuna and relish
Ingrédients
1 bag of 454g Stefano fusilli
1 can of drained pale tuna
6 mini Toundra cucumbers, seeded and diced
⅓ cup crumbled Feta
½ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup plain Yogurt
¼ cup sweet Toundra relish with dill and garlic or spicy
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Herbs of choice (dill, chives, parsley)
Salt and pepper
Préparation
1. Cook the Stefano pasta and ideally cool it well in the fridge.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, herbs, and the relish(s) of your choice. Several combinations are possible, have fun!
3. Pour the sauce over the cold pasta and mix.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
