Shredded tofu nachos and relish guacamole

Ingrédients
250g tofu
2 avocados
5-6 sprigs of cilantro
1 tablespoon + 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon Toundra cucumber relish
2 radishes
1 tomato
1/2 lime
60ml soy sauce
60ml maple syrup
10ml liquid smoke
45ml ketchup
5ml garlic powder
3/4 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup salsa
1 large bag tortilla chips
Préparation
Grate the tofu. Chop the cilantro. Thinly slice the radish. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Put the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash it well with a fork.
Add the teaspoon yogurt soup, relish, half of the cilantro and lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Put the soy sauce, maple syrup, liquid smoke, ketchup, garlic powder and vegetable stock in a deep skillet and bring to a boil.
Add the tofu to the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Salt and pepper to taste.
Top the tortillas with the tofu sauce, guacamole relish, radish, tomatoes, salsa, remaining cilantro and yogurt.
